(VALU) Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF - (USD) Accumulating
About this fund
Fund objectives
- In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund aims to provide a return which, before the application of fees and expenses, is similar to the return of the Index.
- The Fund employs a passive management – or indexing – investment approach, through physical acquisition of securities, and seeks to track the performance of the FTSE Global All Cap Index (the “Index”).
- The Index is a market-capitalisation weighted index composed of large-, mid-, and small-cap stocks of companies globally. The Index covers developed and emerging markets.
- The Fund attempts to: 1. Track the performance of the Index by investing in a representative sample of Index constituent securities. 2. Remain fully invested except in extraordinary market, political or similar conditions where the Fund may temporarily depart from this investment policy to avoid losses.

Please see the fund’s fact sheet and prospectus for important information about risk’s specific to the fund. All investing is subject to risk, which may result in loss of principal. Prices of mid-and small-cap stocks often fluctuate more than those of large-company stocks. Stocks of companies based in emerging markets are subject to national and regional political and economic risks and to the risk of currency fluctuations. These risks are especially high in emerging markets. Funds that concentrate on a relatively narrow market sector face the risk of higher share-price volatility.
